Administration and Tenancy Agreement
Fees
For 1 person - £110 +VAT
For 2 or more people - £99 +VAT(per person)
Holding Deposit (non-refundable)
Once you have found the property of your choice, to reserve the
property we require a £200.00 holding deposit. The initial
Holding Deposit will be duly deducted from the total initial monies
due
Payment
A security deposit in the sum of 1.5x monthly rental will
be held by either the Landlord or First Choice until the tenancy
expires, subject to the inventory check-out report being in order.
First rental payment in advance. Administration Fees (as
noted above)
NOTE: All payments due must be received in full either by cash,
bankers draft of building society draft. Personal cheques are accepted
but require ten working days for clearance prior to your occupation
of the property
Utilities
It is the responsibility of the tenant to ensure that the change
over of all utilities has been properly completed.
Postal Redirection forms can be picked up from your local Post Office
.... and don't forget your TV Licence while you are there !
Inspection
Pre-Arranged visits to the property will be made on a periodic basis,
normally at between eight and twelve week intervals, to ensure compliance
with the tenancy agreement
Non-Managed Properties
The security deposit will be forwarded to the landlord who will
be responsible for the full management of the property and the refund
of the deposit at the end of the tenancy.
Tenancy Period
Tenancy periods vary from property to property. The minimum tenancy
period is six months. Standard periods are either six or twelve
month tenancies.
