Stringent requirements to be a member:
- A firm must have been in the letting and management business
for at least two years before it can be invited to join ARLA
- All members must carry professional Indemnity Insurance to
a required standard
- Separate clients accounts must be held
- Business must be carried out from properly designated business
premises
